Your on line pricing is very misleading. It says first month free then 20 per month. But they don’t tell you then it goes up. Next payment was $31 and then $40.

Easy and convenient. Clean, organize facility. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. User friendly website.

Paid for cooled storage only to find out they shut the cooling off over a year and half ago without notification which is a breach of contract. Prices did not decrease. Had 2 units, 10x15 for $378 & 10×10 for $245 a month. No compensation, tubs that were in storage melted and became brittle so all were broken. Had to buy 22 tubs just to move the items out to another storage in 110%. They did say they would give a discount if I moved to another CubeSmart location but no help moving the items in 2 units. No way would I ever rent anything ran by this corporation, they don't care about what their clients period!

Very helpful. Understood reason for payment failing and updated info immediately and got their payment. Manager very helpful. Facility clean.
