I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana at the storage facility, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a willingness to help.

Diana took the time to understand my storage needs and provided me with several options that best suited my situation. She was knowledgeable about the different unit sizes and pricing, making the decision-making process clear and straightforward.

What truly stood out was her attentiveness; she followed up with me to ensure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my choice. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Storage unit was great my favorite thing was using the app they had to pay the monthly rent and to use to access the gates to enter and to exit. It was simple and very easy to use. Vacating was simple as well, we called ahead of time to let them know we’re be leaving. You can give them up to two weeks notice that you’re moving out. So once moved out, the front desk easily lets you out and they do a check with or without you there. Then you’re good to go. Thanks again for the easy storage.

The owner and her female employee are consistently rude and intrusive. They troll around the place pretending to have countless reasons to walk into the specific hallway and drive by the storage I was renting, not just passing my storage but gawking in the most nosy and obnoxious manners. For instance on one occasion, the first time one of them walked by and said 'oh I saw the door open and wasn't sure anybody was in here.' As if the doors just open on their own. The second time she pretended that she was sweeping, even though there was absolutely zero debris in that hallway and says excuse me as she mock struggled to pass, as if I'm blocking her way when she had no reason to come into that area for the second time that day. She proceeded to let me know that it was creating a fire hazard. The third time she went by on her phone pretending she wasn't staring in again, trying to get a peep at what exactly I had in my storage and repeated that by having my stuff in the hallway, which I'm not really sure how to access the storage when I can't even take stuff out of it and place it outside of the door without being accused of creating a fire hazard when nobody else was there needing to pass, but her. They park inside of the gates right next to the office adjacent to the keypad where you enter your passcode to exit which makes it hard to exit if you have a wide vehicle when there's always unused parking spots right outside of the gates. All that said the place is like a lot of other storages in that they charge a lot of money but to be harassed while I'm using my storage and told that I have to get in and get out as fast as I can, when there's nothing in the paperwork that says that Im not able to organize my stuff at my storage. If not there then where? It really creates a hindrance to people trying to get things done to be harassed by people who have nothing better to do then haranguing people who indirectly pay their bills.
