Office was closed when it should have been open. This was a time-intensive process as we were advised that someone was coming back to open the office. I ended up having to call in and complete the rental process online. Customer service representative was very helpful and I FINALLY found my unit.

During the flood our stuff got hit and a lot of valuable things were damage and i know we cant replace it and were lucky we were given a new storage on a high level area without any extra charges
