Review:
The staff is terrible!! We advised we would be moving out and needed a box brought in by Big Box Storage. On day of move Robin said we couldn’t leave the box next to our unit for 2 hours. Thank God the Big Box driver made it work for us.SmartCube has raised our rent several times. Do yourself a favor and call Big Box Storage! I’m sure you will be much happier

Review:
I did my check-in yesterday at CubeSmart and the on-site staff person was extremely helpful. I had trouble accessing my unit and she walked me to my unit to show me how to access it. I was happy with my experience.
