CubeSmart Self Storage

Most of my belongings were ruined because staff put rat poison in my unit without my knowledge. The rats urinated and had explosive bloody diarrhea in my belongings. The regional manager said I could simply clean my things even though rats transmit hantavirus through urine and fecal matter.
This manager also had the audacity to suggest I brought the rats in when I see rat poison throughout the property. There was also rat poison dust all over my things. This place is a health hazard and I'm so disgusted by the lack of accountability and poor customer service I've received. I've had no resolution offered and they're still trying to charge me for things.

Wonderful storage units, very clean, secure, and staff is very friendly.

I talked to a couple different people first was Grant he helped me so much at a decent price he showed me how to do it and send me the link but I couldn't figure it out so I called back and another girl helped me she stayed on the phone with me until I got it all completed CubeSmart you guys are awesome thank you for your help and making my move easy
