Price hikes up every so often without warning, app charges extra to pay, cannot pay incrementally, staff is very unfriendly. Good for a quick storage but if you're thinking long term try elsewhere.

Visited location and Jocelyn was very helpful and very informative. Gave me all the info I needed and showed me the units I needed to look at. Went online to reserve the unit and it was super easy. Went in the next day and Maria was also so helpful and very knowledgeable. Was able to get what I needed and paid for. Super easy and staff was friendly. Will update after a few months experience.
