The online process was very easy and straightforward for securing and paying for the unit and for reviewing the rental agreement. Overall, the process was very efficient.

This CubeSmart is lucky to have Sue. She keeps the place clean, and I feel safe going there. Sue is always friendly and understands what customer service is all about. Sue is very helpful and explains everything thoroughly.
