Conveniently located for our needs. The monthly fees continue to increase, but that is also partially out of the company’s control due to inflation. I prefer that they were open later, perhaps 24/7, for those people who cannot always adhere to the “9-5” lifestyle. The reason I can only give a 3 star ⭐️ review is because despite the friendly customer service and overall cleanliness, as well as the convenient location, the reality is that my unit DID get broken into and items WERE STOLEN! CubeSmart DID alert me, a police report WAS filed and the Insurance DID pay my claim in a very timely manner.

Sue was absolutely awesome. Very thorough. answered any question that I had.
