Raymond is so helpful! I was welcomed into the office and he asked me my needs and we discussed some options. Then he took me around to a few vacant units so i could select the one i liked. Every time i go by my unit, Raymond says hello and makes you feel right at home. I appreciate your customer service via Raymond, very much!!

I got kicked out on my first day after being there for 2 to 3 minutes over an issue this should have not been really that big of a deal but they made it a big deal and even called the cops on me when I didn't want to leave but why would I want to leave when I just got there and I had not had a chance to put my stuff inside of the unit? The general manager guy is a real piece of work he was extremely judgmental towards me and accused me of being homeless or vagrant when I am not. I cannot describe how badly I was treated it was probably the worst experience doing business with anybody in my life. they also said that if I did not go back to get my stuff immediately that they would throw it away but turns out I actually have 24 hours. It was just a really overall bad experience and all I wanted to do was go put a few things inside my storage unit also the storage unit was very very dirty a lot of spider webs and dust bunnies flying outside as soon as I opened the door. I was really surprised by that.

I have been a client for several months now and am impressed with your facility but especially with Raymond's friendliness and helpfulness. He has gone out of his way for me several times by now and accomodated me. He is an asset to your company and I appreciate him. Thank you, H.G. unit C17

I signed up yesterday. So far so good. Starting was easy and customer service was great. Ryan over the phone. And Raymond over the phone and in person. Both great service.
