Raymond was SUPER HELPFUL, answered all questions we had & let us know about any promotions available, showed us the units we were thinking about so we knew exactly the size & were sure we were getting just what we needed. Not to mention the promotions where great!

Review:
The customer service from Ray was excellent. I also thought the little welcome bag, simple as it was, was a nice touch when we opened the unit door. The place felt clean.

Review:
Edit 8/18/24: Doesn't want to keep customers long term. Raised my rent 2-3 time in a little over a year getting to double (yes double) of what I originally started with. Was able to go literally next door, a cleaner, better kept facility, and get the same size unit for less the half of what they raised my rent to.
