Horrible - communication was bad - never returned calls. Water leaks, had damage, lights never fixed, door going into our area never closed. Rates keep going up. If I could give a zero I would!!

The service was great. I was assisted by Josh and was professional.

They raised my monthly rent over $20 more and I'd only been there 4 months. They didn't give a 30 day notice either, just a post card in the mail that I almost missed (I receivedin the middle of the month and it was post dated the last day of the previous month). They area my storage was located had seriously roof issues that allowed rain to come in and create small but problematic pools of water that got into the storage itself. Main door to the building had a kick stand to keep the door open broken and left on the ground next to the door for months then eventually someone picked it up but never repaired it.

Absolutely a day and night difference from the last storage place in Pleasanton. The staff was hella nice and welcoming. Not too expensive and longer hours and I felt like a Vip. It was cool. Great experience moving in. Big Thanks!!
