Very friendly personable service

Poor security system, mine and several other units got robbed, nothing was done about it. They need to verify more before renting out a unit. People who rob mine as well as the others were renting a unit and using it as a storage for the stolen items, when I found my storage was robbed I reported to the police. employee conveniently found a rented unit without a lock on it the following day which was the one that was stealing stuff. Lost a good chunk of change in items and the insurance would not cover it because there was no signs of damage to the unit or lock, which makes it seem a little bit more suspicious towards the facility.

Would not go back, would not recommend to others.

Easy online reservations and agreement. Friendly and helpful onsite staff. Safe and clean environment.
