So far so good. Shay was very helpful and courteous. Made the renting process easy. Place looks clean and safe.

Unbelievably rude. I had spoken with Tanya who was amazing and felt confident in renting a unit here. However when I called back just days prior to confirm I was met with an extremely rude and hostile employee on the phone did all she could to not be helpful.

The office employees are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend cubesmart for any of your storage needs

The covered units have now all been refurbished. Prior to that they were rundown and there were reported instances of theft, adding to the problems was the main gate being out of commission for at least a month! I guess I was partially lucky as I was storing a vintage automobile outdoors and under covers but did not experience any problems for the 2+ years of my tenancy.
