If you ever interact with the staff, you will find they are nice and easy to talk to. Rent is high and a 21% rent increase is ludicrous.

This place will jack your monthly rate every 6-12 months about $75-100 each time. Beware. They have nice move in offers but that disappears quick so if you need something long term do not do it. Look around more.
