Aaron is always a great help and facility is always clean

Be nice if it had 24 hr access. That's my only issue.

Easy to access, friendly staff, plenty of moving and storage supplies on hand at competitive prices.
I was able to quickly reserve my storage locker online, the introductory price and online discount made the extra step worth it.
This location is always clean, easy to access from Yelm Hwy. So far very happy with the locker and location.

Rate hike twice in a year. Rate increase was a $101 a month increase at last increase. That is a 25% increase in rate witch is not the industry standard of 5-7% yearly increase for additional costs of doing business. Was also never able to get the lights in the unit to ever be repaired after several requests.

Started with a low 145 ish walked away paying about 250 plus tax every month.
The unit I had was 10x10 which today is 189. Well I was with them for a while 3 or 4 years and they couldn’t help me match price with competition or their own website

Well I move to a place that look the same and it’s 112 bucks monthly

Idk what it is about this unit that they feel that they can send me letters up charging and up charging
When they have all this deals online -.-
I paid 250 dollar for 2 years
They suck
They won’t help
They wouldn’t allow me to keep the unit and re create a new contact for cheaper
