I’ve had three different units at the Cube Smart in Camas Wa over the last 4 years. Andrew is a very nice person to work with. He’s strict on the rules but is very helpful explaining procedures to me and answering questions. Climate control is big on my list and my unit remains perfect. I’m happy with the quality of this storage establishment and the kind Manager.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my experience with an employee named Andrew has been unacceptable. He has consistently harassed me during my visits, and on one occasion, he mocked me in a way that was deeply offensive, as though I had a learning disability. His behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, he even suggested that I should move out, which felt entirely uncalled for. I am now genuinely concerned about the safety of my storage units due to his hostility.

If Andrew’s behavior doesn’t change, I’ll have to reconsider my options. Customers deserve respect and security, not harassment.
