CubeSmart's local Apache Junction, AZ. leadership member Tyson and the ease of use doing business with the CubeSmart brand locally in general has been the nothing less than best in class for staff professionalism, leadership's work ethics, and the company's brand integrity as it should be the model that all other local storage facilities and staff should strive to become and emulate. In our new landscape of poor customer service, rude unprofessional staff, and disengaged management and leadership team members with a culture of entitlement, customers are an annoyance, and no pride in the brand that employee's represent. CubeSmart shines above, proving that it can still be done right and that there are those out in the labor force who still want to do it right.

I personally recommend all CubeSmart locations and facilities with in the Apache Junction, and East Mesa area of the greater Phoenix Metropolitan market. My recommendation and endorsement are for both general storage needs and those in business who seek store front locations and shop facilities. 5 stars on price point, value, ROI, facilities structural quality. Additionally the line staff, management, and regional leadership's professionalism, ethics, integrity, and customer service quality are above 5 star level.

Sonia was amazing. She taught me everything. Had patience of Job. She even made me smile and I didnt want.

Cubesmart took over the storage facility from another company and raised the rates three times in less than a year without providing any extra anything to justify these rate increases. They charge extra if you're not on automatic billing and they removed all trash receptacles. But to give credit where credit is due their hours are great (They're open till 10pm) And if you're a few minutes late nobody calls the police on you and charges you a fee for the police showing up like Dollar Self Storage
