I have multiple storage units throughout the Bay Area for convenience. This unit was the best prices around and it was easy securing the storage unit. The unit was ready, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Email and text communications were ????. The app looks very easy to navigate. So far, so good!

Do NOT put your stuff in storage here. 2 days after I moved in, they redid the hatches and cut my 23$ lock off without my consent or notifying me. I never did get refunded for the lock I bought nor did they replace it. I got a text while in South America to “come pick up my *keys*.

I was only storing while traveling for a total of less than 2 months & my unit was broken into. The new improved hatches are not secure apparently.

Or it was an inside job. They obviously don’t do their required daily walk through or they would have seen my unit had been trashed & half of it was in the hall.

Then when on phone with manager she completely snapped and started talking all crazy, saying stuff like “calm down, calm down!” I wasn’t even raising my voice and she put on this whole psychotic narrative that I was “disrespecting” her when I told her I wanted a refund for the month I had prepaid for. This place is a NIGHTMARE x 10.

I hope the popo bust TF out of whomever did this, they left the tool they used to break in behind, so hopefully they left prints.
