Kara provided me with superb customer service and explained everything to me thoroughly. I will definitely spread the word to friends and family about this establishment.

This is a heartbreaking ordeal, and it must not be allowed to happen to anyone else.

We had rented a unit for a few months, and when they increased their prices, we decided to downsize. We drove from San Diego to move from one unit to another, battling the extreme heat, which restricted us to only a few hours of work each day. On the last day, we pushed through and did most of the heavy lifting.

At 9 AM, a worker we had never seen before started harassing us, repeatedly throughout the day, even threatening to call the police because we were resting between loads. Despite my call for her to go ahead, she did not, because she had no grounds. It became a personal vendetta for her, and between 9 AM and 8 PM, she visited us multiple times (7-8 times), threatening us and claiming she had given us opportunities to leave which we didn't take.

This harassment was particularly cruel as I had just finished chemotherapy and needed to take breaks. When I explained this to her, she laughed in my face and became even angrier with my wife, who simply asked what we had done wrong. Her only response was delusional and racist remarks.

We managed to leave by 8 PM. However, when we arrived in San Diego, we discovered that this woman had terminated our lease without any valid reason. They falsely claimed we had stayed overnight, which we did not. We have receipts for our hotel stays, but they claim to have proof, which is impossible and fabricated.

The black ladies in the office have always been sympathetic, kind, and loving souls. This white lady, however, was someone we had never seen before and was the most horrible and sad person I have ever encountered.

This happened on Friday, June 14th, 2024. We were asked to vacate by the 28th of the same month. We are struggling to gather our belongings due to the significant expenses incurred from our previous trip, and my husband has fallen ill again. We are being unjustly evicted based on the lies of a woman who harassed us and treated us with contempt because we stood our ground as paying customers.

How can someone with so much hate and apathy be allowed to work here? This situation is both heartbreaking and unacceptable. We demand justice and call for actions to ensure this never happens to anyone else.

I had met with Tanya who worked there and made a plan to rent a unit. She was very helpful and friendly. However when I called a few days prior to confirm my plan, I was met in the phone with completely unprovoked hostility from a women who refused to provide her name and became upset for me merely asking for it. Such a lame experience.
