I have multiple storages in the Vallejo site.I often has to visit the office an there is a Female receptionist who is the best I love interacting with her.

I can’t say that I was treated nicely. The person there yelled at me for asking what happened to my two locks when they replaced the door lock without letting me know. All I asked was if they cut the locks and they went crazy.

I've been a renter for a decade. Safe and secure

I had been looking for a storage facility for my mom for a bit now. I found the Vallejo Cube location and decided to take a look. I had two other options, but I quickly made up my mind after I had the pleasure of talking to Tonya and Jay in the office!!

The two of them were very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly! Tonya and Jay made me feel like I was family which ultimately caused me to sign on the line and swipe my card!

The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful making me feel good about storeing my belongings with them
