Review:

This place is horrible they lie to your face saying your bill is going to stay the same . These people are never there they put a sign saying be back in 20 minutes and takes 2 hours and they charge you late fee if you're a day late . My bill went from $109 dollars to $147 for what it's not like you guys got heat or electric outlets . I'm a unsatisfied customer this is not right I'm very upset they should of told me from the jump that my bill will go up from time to time than maybe I wouldn't be so mad be honest

Review:

This company treats their employees horribly. They change managers every couple months. Been here for years and they got rid of the 2 best managers yet. Right back to crap service and care of the units. Can't wait until this month is over. We've had it!

Review:

No communication, and the general manager is missing or just ignoring corporate and the properties.
Edit after everything was sorted out: After 3 days of no contact with the GM I finally got in contact with someone from corporate filling in. I was told the DM would contact me regarding the issue. It would have been great if they reached out. They were able to take the money same day with no problem, but apparently can't issue a refund for, 'at least a few weeks.' This is BEYOND unreasonable.
The fact I had to call over 7 times to finally get a hold of someone that could process a refund is absurd. I will update again once the refund hits my account.

Go with Another storage solution when possible.

Edit: 2 weeks later, DM has still not reached out, and I am still out over $100. Hopefully one day they can fix the problem they started.

Edit 2: After talking with support though email for 6 days I can conclude no one works for this company. I was promised to get a call from Justin the DVP and... Nothing. Nothing changed when contacting them through email, all that's happened is the last 2 support tickets and my account were wiped. Please save the headache and go with another company.

Edit 3: Finally got in contact with Mike who is now overseeing the store. After talking with him he was able to START the refund process (3-5 days). After the refund processes I'll update again. According to him, Jessica nor Justin got my messages from support. According to the rep I spoke to the day before my account was wiped clean of my rental which made it more difficult to find my account. So they had no idea about the situation. As for the cooperate employees filling in, I was told they are no longer with the company. Very shady. Lets hope for no more issues moving forward!

Liz and the staff here are perhaps the best you can come across. The area's kept clean and the service here is awesome. Really appreciate these guys. Big thanks to Liz.
