The manager, Cathleen, was extremely helpful in taking me through the transfer of our storage unit into my name upon the death of my husband. It was a little tricky because I was not able to come there easily in person since I live neatly 3 hours away, but she provided timely answers and suggestions.

Lock and Insurance pricing not quoted with reservation fees. Causing a higher monthly payment and almost double due at time of signing.

Ray is amazing- we needed a last minute spot to store a vehicle- she helped every step of the way- even helping us jump start the van! Great service, hard to find these days- thank you!
