Review:

Very difficult to get the door open on the unit I was assigned.
Took me over 15 minutes to be able to get the latch into position when trying to lock the unit.
Extemely icy all around the entrance to the unit.

My experience with Cube Smart has been great. The process to reserve my cube was very easy. I had several questions on the day I moved my belongings into storage. The location employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
