Exceptionally well managed facility. Kathryn is incredibly competent, professional, responsive and compassionate. In every experience I’ve had with her, she’s gone above and beyond to help with any difficulty and has solved any problem I’ve had (mostly of my own making with my own locks!) and she’s done so efficiently, quickly, and always with incredible grace. I highly recommend this facility, largely because of her!

CubeSmart is a great company in my estimation. Every contact with any employe at any location has been pleasant and helpful. My first time storing so don't know what's out there, but the storage location and unit was easy in and out, and climate controlled, clean and safe. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of renting a 10 x 10 storage unit from CubeSmart in Ridgefield. The staff has always been very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend the site based on security and consistent cleanliness. In the future, should I need storage, I will not hesitate to come back to CubeSmart in Ridgefield.
