Tracy, the office manager was most helpful, friendly and placed several follow up calls from my first inquiry online! She made sure that we had the keys and entry code for the rental before they closed for the Holiday! Great Experience!

had been a loyal customer at CubeSmart for 2 years, always paying on time and trusting my belongings were secure. However, after a hurricane hit the area, the entire facility was flooded, and my unit, along with all its contents, was completely ruined. To my shock, CubeSmart never notified me about the flooding. I only found out when I visited, discovering that everything was destroyed.

What makes this worse is CubeSmart’s refusal to take responsibility or address their clear negligence. Despite the entire facility succumbing to water penetration, the company has not offered any compensation or assistance, nor have they acknowledged their failure to notify tenants. I am beyond frustrated that after years of paying for their services, CubeSmart won’t do the right thing.

If you're considering using CubeSmart, I urge you to think twice. Their lack of communication and accountability in times of crisis is unacceptable. Don’t trust them with your valuable possessions.
