Tracy is amazing!

Customers beware! They do not deliver what they promise. The office staff reserved a climate controlled upper unit for me, only to find out today that it was no longer accessible due to the famous broken elevator situation. I told her that I didnt need the elevator; I only have boxes. They still said no. Very, very unprofessional.

Tracy is so kind, patient and guided me through the whole process. What a great person.

Second floor elevator has been off line from 10/17. Nobody knows anything. Local store manage has tried to be helpful but also cannot get any info when it will be back in service. Notified Corp and they have notified the DM and Regional Manger for the status and return phone call. It has been escalated four times with no response. These people have no problem raising the rates, but are not available to solve customer problems.

Tracie was wonderful to deal with. Courteous, Friendly, extremely informative and a great smile. Made the rental process easier than we expected
