CubeSmart Self Storage

I was very impressed with the facility along with all the equipment needed to make my storing my belongings easy. This is the first time I’ve ever used a unit not being street level. Cube smart had everything waiting for me. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Beware!! Customer Concerns does not seem to exist. I have left 4 messages in the past day. The elevator is broken and has been since 10/17. I rented the unit 3 days before it broke, and need it NOW. Right now there is no end in sight. I cannot move into the unit I’m leasing upstairs because of this. But I’m still paying for it. The team at the site are wonderful and trying their hardest to help me. But corporate and elevator repair workers are not. Customer Concerns is a joke at this point.

Awesome customer service! Tracy is amazing. She was so helpful and so kind that I brought her ice cream! They will go above and beyond to make your storage process the best it can be!

If you have a unit at cube smart in New Smyrna better check it they were flooded and don't tell anyone that's bad business, not only that the insurance you pay for doesn't include flooding how convenient for a place that floods alot so they make money off you regardless if you lose your things. I think the better business bureau show do something bout them or at least offer flood insurance.
