this place is infested with rats! we stored our belongings here for 3 years while we waited for our new home to be built. during that time we had frequent price increases and the unit nearly tripled in price. we finally came back to florida to move into our new home and were apalled to see everything in our unit covered in rat feces and urine. many of our wood framed art and furniture were covered in chew marks from the rats so we had to throw it away. our boxes had chew marks on them, piles of rat feces and urine. in my photos can see the piles of rat crap everywhere in the unit after we cleared it. this place is filthy! i just wish we had stopped by sooner to check on our stuff before much of it was ruined. do not store here, all these rave reviews are BS. there were also live silverfish bugs in many of my boxes when i was unpacking them in my new home which was absolutely disgusting. we wasted thousands of dollars to store things here for 3 years and we had to throw away half of it and replace it.

Super clean facilty, easy access and no issues.

Everything, from when I walked in the door to out the door, was excellent! Great customer service and the rental process was smooth and not at all cumbersome. The facility manager was very accommodating and friendly.

Cleanliness, professional staff, easy in payment, location always clean and presentable.
