Easy process from start to finish with no surprises or unexpected fees! I was able to select the desired unit size and secure it via the website, and set up online payments. Pick-up instructions for the padlock were clear, the unit as well as the storage building were very clean. Upon move-out the office managers were very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend Peachtree City's Crosstown Road facility!

Customer service at its best! Keith was genuinely nice, people are the total opposite these days and customer service was excellent!! From the time he called to confirm my reservation until the time I left, his associate Jeff was there also, with excellent customer service as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. And the price was very affordable.. Thank you!
