CubeSmart Self Storage

When I purchase my storage unit it was not unlocked and ready for me to move in. I had to take off from work just to make sure I moved my belongings. Tried calling customer service and couldn’t get no one on the line to assist me and I was told I should have just called when I did all that and still did not get assistance until the next day. Did not have my storage unit six months and my price went up $15.

I have had my things in this cubesmart storage for over 10months. No one told me that they had rats. I have a climate control. I pay extra for climate control so that I won’t have to deal with rats so when I did the insurance claim, they told me that it didn’t cover the damage that the rats have done to my things in that unit so now I have to replace thousands of dollars worth of items for me and my kids and no help from them and still wanna charge me a monthly fee $145 I know I wasn’t going on the regular. It’s been months since I been there I’m have no reason to go in there until the winter time came to get mykids winter clothes And that’s when I noticed species and urine all over my children’s clothes my clothes, shoe boxes, bags, blankets, I have plans on moving into a new home beginning of the year and I have to spend extra money on replacing all the things that was damaged
