My first time renting at CubeSmart here in Annapolis I was greeted by the GM Mr Bryan. He was very helpful to me and showed me around the unit building. I had an excellent experience with him so I recommend coming here for your storage needs

Bryan (in the office) is the reason I will use this facility again, if I need a storage solution. He is always around AND available. He always has an answer to my many questions. He also always has a smile to go with those answers. My biggest comment on Bryan is his care. One evening an individual who was homeless made their way into the inside portion of this location. He handled this situation (on a very cold evening) with a poise and politeness that was very comforting to be around.

Well located, clean and organized. Clear and effective instructions. Local personnel, Brian at Annapolis Maryland, very responsive and helpful.

Online pricing is not correct. Terrible billing and payment process.

Excellent service. Clean facility. Very friendly and knowledgeable manager. Glad we switched to this facility.
