Recently went to the Annapolis (Moreland Pkwy) CubeSmart and was greeted by Bryan. He was extremely helpful and navigated me through the process of renting a storage unit as this was my first time. Bryan showed me multiple available to me during my visit and answered all of my questions. I Highly recommend you check them out, very clean property, and excellent service.

My first interaction with Bryan wasn’t what I would refer to as a “good first impression” - but not because of him. Today marks a month since my grandma passed away, but when Bryan & I crossed paths it had only been about a week, I was still in the early stages of grief so I wasn’t at my best when we first interacted over the phone. When I entered the office, Bryan joked “please, don’t hit me” with a chuckle. I apologized while explaining that I had a lot of personal issues I was currently experiencing. His welcoming nature felt genuine enough for me to share that I had recently lost my grandma. I ended up pouring my heart out to him, crying, sharing too much - all the embarrassing stuff.
But that wasn’t the last time Bryan & I interacted.
I dropped by my unit in the middle of the day, had my 2 year old son with me, when this man I had never seen before approached me. He kept trying to make small talk when Bryan walked up, greeting us then proceeded to walk the man to his unit. I’m assuming Bryan noticed that the man had made me feel uncomfortable so he ended coming back up the elevator to check on us.
You can have any slogan you want or claim to have whatever standard in customer service but you can’t teach people to care.
Bryan is a great example of what a good person is & evidence of how going the extra mile matters.

Bryan - please continue being the great guy you are; I can’t thank you enough!
