Good. Used this place for 4 years never an issue. Started renting back when it was Elkton Self Storage and before CubeSmart bought them out.
Will return as a customer if needed.

I had a large unit for 2 years. No lights in my unit, no access to water, its not climate controlled. After a year of renting, always on time with my payment and followed all the rules they raised my rates $63 a month. That's an increase of $756 a year. I asked why. More than 6 months later I am still waiting for answers. I moved my things out and closed the account and will not be back. I also had many boxes chewed through by mice.
