I stop using. Seem rent constantly increase. I had mice in my unit amd was told was my responsibility. Lost 1200 mattress amd some furniture. Will be lied to too just try keep you. After remt hit 180 and heard going increase again next month i said i was done.

The person in the office was great

People were polite, cost was low, and always had a clean grounds

Unit I had had multiple holes in causing continuous dust and dirt to be everywhere. The left bottom of my unit was also compromised and stayed damp/ wet causing damage to some of my belongings. At move out I found a dead mouse as well as mouse droppings.
Main reason for leaving was a $27 rate hike. Went from $157 to $184 for a 10x10. So I moved to a rental facility closer to my house (Rental Properties of America) and saved myself a ton of money as their rate for a 10x10 ended up being $94 a month and I received 2 months for free. So in other words they charge half for the exact same unit size.
