Worst communication I've ever received from a business. Doesn't truly honor military discount, (reservist) but was deployed for 11 months. Increased rates. Charged an entire month for a single day of moving out because it fell on the 1st, wish someone would have reached out and let me know and I would’ve been out on the 31st. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Absolute worst experience with a storage company.

The customer service was great. So far so good. To bad I couldn't fine this place sooner.

Horrible before the switch horrible now as cube smart.

Well one year later they raised it another $40. My stuff is covered in rat feces. Both doors are broken and only one opens.

Lastly my unit was broken into and all tools were stolen as well as significant damage done to my belongings.

If you are looking for a place to store things you are better off trying to hide it under a bridge.

Dont use this company and dont say i didnt warn you.
