Everything was online for me. My complaint is the added fees. Fee for their lock, fee for insurance, fee for online payment. State this stuff up front, my monthly out of pocket is far from the advertised rate.

Great location, Kristi was fantastic, really helped us get situated quickly and extremely helpful. Storage lockers are clean, easy to use and easy to access. Highly recommend.
