Raised price of storage unit 300% for non climate controlled space over 6 years and they are wondering why they are losing customers. Are they really that unaware?

When arriving at the CubeSmart the representative was very professional she was very open with good conversation we told her what we was looking for and for what we was using it for she told us what that size was so we move up to the next best size and she took us out to see it and it was perfect for us and we chose that one we went to the office and did the paperwork and she explained that we would get our first month free we paid all fees brought a lock she took us out to the gate went through the operation of the gate and we was good to go we thank her for great customer service and said good bye.
