I experienced excellent customer service here and I'm very appreciative of having Public Storage to recommend me here after giving me poor service and I thank you for all that you have done ?.
I reserved the space the night before I did not get a call to confirm an appointment so we arrived at 3:30 to find a sign on the door saying they would be gone until 4:15 at 4:15 we went back to the office and it said that it would be closed until 5:45 which is 15 minutes before closing time meanwhile we sat there in the truck waiting for it to open it wasn't until I drove around and found somebody who looked like they would work there and asked and they were a bit on the roadside and said that they're the only person there and they have to walk the place and that you should find them and have them open the building I've never rented a storage unit before I didn't know that that's common practice to not have anyone in the office and that you have to go find them on the parking lot in a big U-Haul so definitely not a good first impression. In the online form it also did not state that you would have to bring your own locks or pay $30 and that you have to have insurance which is $12 at the minimum so instead of paying $110 like I thought I had to pay $161. Just be mindful of your budget and budget extra because they'll find ways to charge you for nonsense.

Had several issues with manager lying and saying I was notified by email about them changing the locks, I was not. Manager insisted that I had the the wrong email on file and had absolutely nothing to say when I showed her that I had notrouble getting the bill each month....so I've spent over $60 on just locks which are cut off and just thrown on the floor inside the unit. They also are very poor in documenting when you call to arrange payments or to let them know you're paying late. I would NEVER recommend this particular store, not sure about the others. Only plus is their district manager Monica is amazing. But sadly the team she manages is not.
They are accommodating helpful and it's easy.
Had an employee named Trish, who slammed the phone down on me while I was attempting to get info, so I could rectify my situation about my payment.
Had to pay by bill pay, even though, I had signed up for automatic payments. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISAPPOINTEDto say the least.
