I've been renting from this location for about 4 years. My rent has gone up significantly since I started (65%). Recently my auto-pay credit card expired. By the time I got to the site to switch the card, it was over the 5 day grace period. They charged a 20% late fee. 20% is insane. This gave me the push I needed to move everything in this unit to a new facility. Very disappointed in this company. I'll never use another CubeSmart again.
