This place is a scam… they just don’t care what’s so ever. They’re more than willing to take your money and raise your rent though. We have a climate control unit that we pay a lot of money for and the Ac in the entire unit is always broken leaving the temperature in there 100 plus. It’s unbelievable! On top of that no one is ever there. They claim to be open until 6pm but whenever I’ve gone it’s been before 6 and no site of anyone. There’s plenty of competition around here in SC so if you’re reading this review make sure not to choose this one, This 100% is a true one.

Update: Got me in at a good rate and then raised my rent twice, from $199 to $383 within 15 months (almost 100% increase!). I've always paid on time and respected the property. This was just greedy, and inconsiderate since now I had to find a new place, pack everything up and pay a mover.

This was originally a 5-star review because I had a great first experience. Just feel duped now by the bait-and-switch.
