It's in my opinion that we as consumers are being taken advantage of because of our need for storage units leaving us to accept whatever increases your company deems necessary. I've have been with the company for over 2 years and seen my monthly due go up $33, for what? The unit didn't get any bigger. It's nice you painted and added lights, but do we have to be the ones to help recoup your expenditures for the upgrades, plus my property isn't even 24hrs. Then there's the convenience fee we have to pay, unless we pay in store. It's not very convenient when there isn't a person involved in Making the payment.
