Rose handles problems quickly. She seldom sits in the office but is out checking the property. She visits with the customers and invites questions and comments.
I like her management style.

Review:
Pricing has continued to go up after the owners of this facility has changed. Which is understandable as everywhere has. Found a indoor unit towards San Marcos for similar pricing. That's not the reason for 1 star.
We have found 2 black widows in the unit as we clean it out. Rat droppings. But the worst? A snake in one of our bags! We found it today. I get it, it's close to a field, but crazy the amount critter issues there are.
