The other reviews are correct, they did redo the units without notifying renters. They had our belongings exposed changed the locks to the new one installed and never mentioned it to us. It wasn't until we showed up and found out. Then we went after hours so had to make another trip back just to obtain the new key this was inconvenient as we live out of town. The office hours are also never consistent or maybe they just need to be updated but they are not 530 it 6 for closing time.

Do notrecommend..when cubesmart bought these they redid them, they pulled out my mom's stuff and didn't even tell her. They broke her glass top table PLUS she has other people's stuff in her building. I told her to not use cubesmart when they bought these cuz I had one on other side of town that got broken into TWICE.and cameras never worked ain't that funny. Maria who worked for them attacked me in front of my daughter and the boy who worked there knew what was stolen before we ever even mentioned what was gone.
