Cumberland Self Storage

This place is horrible they sold all mother’s belongings after 60 days and I had moved and forgot to pay for it no one sent a letter or tried calling until after they sold it the unit was only $80 a month. They auctioned off the stuff and then still sent a bill for what I owed to a collection agency I wish I would, now the same thing they said they only got for the auction was probably $50 I paid the collection agency next time wait on the people cause they make deals also

The guy at this location was very ignorant, no customer service, it was no acess at the company due to the storm ,I left messages trying to pay my bill.. he called me 4 days after the due date which made me passed late.. he wasn’t friendly at all he locked my unit n also I explained how I didn’t like his customer service .. he stated he didn’t care and also, n Hung up the phone on me.. to me he was very prejudice I have never dealt with a person that would treat a customer of almost a year to this extent..... I never had any interaction until now I always pay my bill and sometimes 2 or more in advance.. and to be treated like that was very unprofessional and I would like to file an complaint.. it was very humiliating.. I will not tolerate the disrespect.. but I advice no one to do business at this storage place..

I have rented units several times over the years w no problems. Very friendly service. Great value
