In a word... UNPROFESSIONAL!

I submitted a request for rates through their website and they responded promptly. When I asked for their paperwork to properly schedule the move with 4 men, as discussed, they responded the next day with a quote for 5 men, which I immediately and politely asked to be corrected. It then took them 10 days to respond again after I sent several emails and made serveral phone calls. Their response was simply 'we no longer have availability'. No explanation for their very long delay, no offer to change the move date, etc. I immediately asked about moving the date, which appears to go back into their black hole of no response. If they can't communicate properly before the sale, how good a job do you think they can do after the sale? If their professionalism up-front is any indication, then I am guessing that the move would be a shambles. I will take my business elsewhere.

D&J movers are the best company I have ever worked with. They were on time, professional, efficient, and very nice. I would never hire a different moving company!
I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a smooth move.

I was making arrangements from out of town and Yessica was patient and helpful with all of my questions. I started out asking them to move the large furniture only, but the day before we asked if they could move all the packed boxes as well and they were able to. They worked so quickly and efficiently and safely, I highly recommend letting them move everything. They even arrived a little early the day of our move! The hourly prices are very competitive and they only require a two hour minimum - though as Yessica told me (and many other companies I compared said as well) it often takes four hours to do the move we were doing, from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment. So she did the estimate for four, but when they were able to accomplish it in three, they only charged for the three hours :) There is service charge which not every company I looked at had, but their total price came out to less than most of the other companies I got estimates from. Very pleased!
