Dakota Moving

I would highly recommend Dakota Moving! They helped me get scheduled quickly and easily over the phone. On moving day they were very efficient, had great communication, and were friendly and professional. As a medical student it was really helpful to have saved so much time (and stress!) by hiring these guys, I was able to study while they worked, and their rates are affordable and unmatched! Great company to work with - I would absolutely use them again for a future move.

I had a long distance move from the Twin Cities to Sioux Falls and hired Dakota Moving because they were about half the price of nationally known movers and had such great reviews. I was very underwhelmed. On the day I moved out, they were 1.5 hours late and didn't even call to let me know they would be late. I was surprised to see that they didn't shrink wrap any of the furniture before moving it out of my house as I've seen other movers do this before. If they had done that, I believe the many dings I've found on my furniture could have been avoided. It also would have prevented the disappearance of pegs from some of the adjustable shelves in my furniture. I know things happen when moving, but in my opinion, they could have handled everything with more care. They were friendly and worked fast, but I was expecting more.

This moving company was great and on time, very good customer service and easy to work with, highly recommend!
