Do not use this moving company! My move was scheduled to occur between 9-10 am. At 9:34 am, I received a text not a call stating that the check engine light came on the truck and they needed to switch trucks. I responded and let him know I was at the pickup location waiting. I requested four men and at 10:30 only two had arrived and I was told it would only be three. At 10:50, I called Mike and was sent to voicemail. At 11 am, Mike finally arrived with a Budget Rental truck, this man was not even apologetic. I know that circumstances happen beyond control. However, when you plan and schedule a move in advance that is sufficient time to ensure you have a working vehicle. It took three and half hours to complete my move. Even given logistics of my move that was entirely too long for a one bedroom! At times I only saw two of them working. As a female, I feel extremely taken advantage of which is disappointing because I was a repeat customer. However, this is my last time dealing with this moving company as the service and professionalism has declined.

Great experience - 4 man crew worked hard moving us (in the heat!) and were helpful and friendly throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

They arrived on time and were courteous. All members of the team were knowledgeable about the.best way to load a moving truck. I have made several moves in my life and I found them to be some of the best (I have had several bad ones!) I would definitely hire them again!!!!
