Dan The Affordable Moving Man - Movers Morris County NJ

I just used Dan The Affordable Moving Man for my move and I was more than pleased with the service. Besides Dan being a super nice guy, my experience from booking to moving day was very pleasant. I can’t say enough good things, the move went really well and all of my belongings were handled with care. Everything went way quicker than I thought and absolutely nothing was damaged. 10 stars for customer service and another 10 stars for efficiency. HIGHLY recommend!!!

We used Dan The Affordable Moving Man to move the contents of two storage units to our new home. The crew was very nice and professional. They worked hard and quickly got the job done. The pricing was fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

I called Dan today to inquire about pricing. He was extremely rude. I tried to politely explain our situation and what we were looking for, as we already have a storage pod and therefore just need a crew, and he repeatedly interrupted me and would not let me explain. With each interruption he became more and more aggressive. He then proceeded to hang up on me after I asked him if he was THE Dan. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not sure how he is in business. I was seriously taken aback by his attitude. I've since found out from a friend that he was equally as rude to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Family member placed a call to them. They were confrontational and wouldn't answer a few basic questions. Then hung up on my family member. I will never use a company that responds like this. Maybe someone had an off day but they lost one definite job and another possible job today.
