Truthfully, some of the best customer service I have ever received has definitely come from Traci (Tracy? Please excuse me if I spelled her name wrong). I have been renting a unit for a couple months now and I really appreciate the experience I get every time I have to call and speak to her.

Plus the prices are quite affordable, which is always a good thing!
