I’m not sure why Home Depot uses this awful company for deliveries in Columbia, SC. There’s no serious interest to complete the deliveries. I was scheduled for an appliance delivery on 9/26/24. After waiting for 6+ hours my original delivery was rescheduled due to rain and wind. It was rescheduled for 9/30/24. We waited for the delivery and received a notification that the delivery drivers had arrived but no one had actually arrived. I later found out that the driver literally took a picture of our gate and left. There was no call to let me know he was at the gate and no attempt to check the service notes that clearly communicate there’s a gate code to enter the property. The driver just left. Now we are reschedule for a second redelivery in 10/2/24. I’m sure Home Depot will lose tons of money dealing with these people. They don’t care and have zero interest in getting the job done. If I could rate them a “0” I would.

Horrible company to do business with! With concerns of missing money they are shady and unresponsive.

Made an appointment and completed a 30 minute virtual survey for a quote and no one ever returned my call or quoted the job after 5 days. Poor follow up.
